Live floor (the desk)

  • Control board: every station as a tile with who is playing, time left and the amount so far.
  • Floor map: stations drawn where they really stand in the room, live state on top.
  • Floor layout editor: owners drag stations onto a grid that mirrors the venue.
  • Wall screen: the live floor full-screen on a TV behind the counter, auto-refreshing.
  • Time-up alarms: tones at 15 and 5 minutes left, a repeating alarm once a session runs over; tiles turn amber then red.
  • Check-in: find a player by phone, see their wallet and flags, start a session from a station tile.
  • Extend or shorten a running session, with the new price shown before you confirm.
  • Move to another station: the session and its bill follow the player.
  • Fix a start time that was entered late.
  • Early-end rules: a free first few minutes, a minimum share, and a point from which the full plan is charged, previewed before ending.
  • Collect any way: cash, online, wallet, or a split of them.
  • Pay later and dues: everyone who owes, across sessions, top-ups and store orders, with bulk collect and limits per venue.
  • Customer flags: mark a player (for example, unpaid); the warning shows at check-in until resolved.
  • Player profile: sessions, transactions, rewards, rank, streaks and badges in one place.

Set-up and pricing

  • Guided first set-up: business, location, games, stations, pricing, done.

Booking

  • Online booking from the venue website, the player web portal and the app; it lands on the floor and holds the station.
  • Booking rules: slot length, how far ahead, minimum notice, limits per player and per slot, deposit, online-booking discount, walk-ins, grace period, no-show and cancellation policies.
  • Reminder push up to an hour before the booking.

Wallet and your own coin

  • Coin or rupees: name the coin, set its symbol and rate, or keep plain rupees.
  • Top-up packs with bonuses, paid online through Razorpay or at the desk.
  • Bonus credit kept apart from paid money, with rules for the store and an expiry.
  • Give bonus, take back, correct: desk tools, with a reason the player sees.
  • Approvals and limits: refunds, large bonuses and corrections wait for an owner; staff limits per role.
  • Refunds with approve and reject.
  • Wallet transfers between players (Enterprise).
  • Wallet liability: the unplayed credit the venue still owes, said in a sentence.
  • Gift cards: sold at the counter, printed with a QR, redeemed into the wallet.

Store, till and online shop

  • Catalogue: categories, collections, products with sizes and colours, each with its own stock, price and photos; size charts.
  • Inventory per location, with a morning low-stock email.
  • Point of sale: ring up a sale against a phone number or as a walk-in; a double tap never charges twice.
  • Online shop: home, collections, product pages with size guide and reviews, cart, checkout with phone sign-in, saved addresses, promo codes and the best automatic offer, wishlist, orders and invoices.
  • Delivery or pickup: pickup codes at the counter; a deliveries queue with packing slips and courier tracking numbers.
  • Returns within a window the venue sets.
  • GST invoices and credit notes, and a monthly GST register.
  • New-order chime: staff hear and see each online order.
  • Store reports: sales, sizes, stock.
  • Shop marketing: Google-ready pages, link previews, GA4 and Meta pixel only after consent.
  • Factory connection: merch orders go straight to a factory running Dhanest, and tracking comes back.

  • Lobby moderation: hide or remove messages, mute, with strikes (3 strikes 24-hour mute, 5 a week, 8 a ban).Soon
  • Tournaments: custom sign-up form, a public page with phone-verified registration, capacity and waitlist, walk-in sign-up at the desk, check-in, team export, QR poster, sign-up stats by source.
  • UPI entry fees: a UPI QR, then the payment screenshot is read and matched automatically.
  • Ranks, badges and streaks: tiers from Bronze to Diamond, rewards paid in the coin.
  • Referrals: codes, a bonus for both people, rules for when it unlocks.
  • Offers: percent, fixed or bonus-credit offers by day, time, location and game type.
  • Offer safety check: projects what an offer will cost a month and says which numbers are measured and which are guesses.
  • Campaigns: pick an audience (new, regulars, lapsed, app users and more) and send by push, SMS or email; promotions skip players who opted out.
